You know what they say, “a picture is worth a thousand words”. Thought this picture would display how happy and well my Mom is doing. Not to mention how elated we are at her progress. It has been an amazing three months. I start to cry every time I think about how you both, through God’s guidance, brought my Mom back to life. I truly did not think she was going to make it and apparently neither did the hospital staff. But once you came she really made a turn for the better.

Now she is back to enjoying some of the things she did before her surgery. As of this weekend she is back at her apartment and on her own again. She is driving and back to being independent. She still needs to gain more strength back and much more weight back, but is doing amazingly well and getting a little stronger everyday. She is now to using a cane only when out and about. Your prayers, constant phone calls and answering our constant questions and phone calls, not to mention travel to Houston were more meaningful then words can express.

How do we say thank you for giving me my Mom’s life back. For giving my children their Nana back. We cherish each moment we have with her and it’s thanks to both of you that she is here.

I praise God for giving me such loving, caring and giving friends as you. May the Lord continue to give you wisdom as you step out in faith with your practice.

May God’s richest blessings be yours.
